Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by UG Creative, acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

• Identity information: first name, last name
• Contact information: email address, phone number
• Customer transaction information: request details, company information, budget range
• Transaction security information: IP address, form submission time

3. Purposes of Processing

• Following up on requests and complaints
• Preparing quotations and carrying out contract processes
• Conducting communication activities
• Carrying out information security processes

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed electronically by automated means under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, is in the legitimate interest of the data controller, and is based on your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Find out whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about the processing if it has taken place
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of your data
• Object to an outcome against you that results from analysis of the processed data
• Claim compensation for any damage you suffer
